Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our Western craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

Important Return Policy Details

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to defective merchandise

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Kids’ Boots & Shoes if worn
  • Men’s Western Hats if the shape has been altered
  • Any items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and include the original packing slip. Ship to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges
